Dominik Orzeł completed education in the fields of canon law and law at The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In the case of canon law he defended his master's thesis on the proceedings for the annulment of canon marriages written based on the records filed in the Archives of the Metropolitan Court of the Lublin Archdiocese. As for Polish law, he defended his thesis concerning the problems related to appealing against corporate resolutions. He has gained his experience both in civil courts and ecclesiastical tribunals, and then in law offices while providing assistance to clients in the fields of civil, canon, commercial law and other branches of law. He was also involved in numerous projects promoting law held, inter alia at the Economic and Social Committee in Brussels. In the period 2009 - 2012 he held a position of a barrister dealing in the proceedings aimed at annulment of ecclesiastical marriages at the Primate Tribunal of the Gniezno Archdiocese. Currently he is working in Warsaw, but he provides legal assistance to clients from all over the world. In the case of selected ecclesiastical tribunals, he may represent the parties as an attorney-ad-litem or as a barrister approved ad casum by the bishop of the relevant diocese.
