L’\u00e9quipe de notre cabinet d’avocats a remport\u00e9 un autre succ\u00e8s : il s’agissait cette fois d’un appel contre la d\u00e9cision de l’\u00e9quipe provinciale d’\u00e9valuation du handicap. Malgr\u00e9 l’obtention d’un certificat d’invalidit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e plusieurs ann\u00e9es plus t\u00f4t, l’\u00c9quipe a modifi\u00e9 l’\u00e9valuation ant\u00e9rieure de l’\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de notre client et l’a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement handicap\u00e9, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une limitation importante de ses droits.
