These cases involve both soldiers and officers (who object to being discharged from service for health reasons or, conversely, believe that their health does not allow them to continue performing their duties) as well as \u201ccivilians\u201d who wish to update the health information held by Military Recruitment Centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud to report that the percentage of cases concluded successfully (i.e., with a change in the decision or category of fitness for service in line with the client\u2019s interests and expectations) is very high.
