Michał Mróz, advocate, is a lawyer with over 8 years of experience. He joined our Law Office's team in 2022. He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

He studied law at the University of Szczecin. Still during his studies and after graduation, he gained his first professional experience related to legal transactions, being employed in one of the Szczecin bailiff's offices, next, working as an assistant judge in the Family Department of the District Court in Szczecin and in the Commercial Department for Bankruptcy and Rrestructuring of the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin. He served his legal internship as an advocate trainee at the Szczecin Bar Association.

He cooperated with the Law Firm of Natalia Majchrzak, Law Firm of Robert Majchrzak and other lawyers belonging to the Szczecin Bar Association in the field of judicial and administrative matters, taking part in procedural activities and preparing pleadings, analyses and legal opinions.

Michał Mróz specializes in the field of civil court cases (including family and inheritance law), commercial and criminal cases, and in his practice he deals with conducting economic cases in the field of bankruptcy law and registration cases. He participated in court and administrative proceedings, drafted pleadings and appeals. He always tries to find the most optimal solution for the Law Office's clients.

He is fluent in English and provides legal assistance also in English.
