A very important part of our services relates to criminal proceedings:

HOW OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED

We provide the legal services to individual clients in the following form:

• oral legal advice (provided at a meeting or by phone)
• written legal opinions and legal analyses (in more complex legal states of affairs), such as analyses of agreements, judicial or administrative cases, provided in hard copy or sent by email
• participation in negotiations (e.g. for an out-of-court settlement or the sale or purchase of real property)
• representing clients in court as counsel in civil proceedings, as defence counsel or as a subsidiary prosecutor in all courts of general jurisdiction and administrative courts, in the Supreme Court, and in the Supreme Administrative Court).
