REFUGEES
We represent refugees in the following cases:
- granting international protection,
- granting a refugee status,
- entry of foreigners into the Republic of Poland, travelling through, staying and leaving its territory,
- granting additional protection,
- granting consent to residence owing to humanitarian reasons,
- granting consent to tolerated residence,
- granting asylum to foreigners,
- granting temporary protection,
- transferring an applicant to a Member State responsible for consideration of an application for granting international protection,
- revoking a refugee status or additional protection,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners about refusal to grant a refugee status or additional protection,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners about discontinuance of proceedings related to granting of international protection,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners about transferring an applicant to a Member State responsible for consideration of an application for granting international protection and discontinuance of the proceedings,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners that an application for granting international protection is inadmissible,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners about refusal to consider an applicant's statement about their intent to further apply for granting international protection,
- appealing against a decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigners about revocation of a refugee status or additional protection.
