HOUSING LAW CASES
The Law Firm advises in the fields of landlord/tenant law, housing law, cooperative law. We issue opinions on purchase/sale contracts relating to apartments available on the primary market (contracts with cooperatives and development agreements) as well as the secondary market.
We participate in litigations relating to premises, such as:
- eviction,
- rent payment,
- deregistration,
- compensation for using property (including infrastructure devices) without legal title,
- terminationof co-ownership,
- division of joint property
- division of inheritance.
The Law Firm also offers a comprehensiverange of services in the field of sale of premises. We negotiate content and conditions of transactions. We draw up and issue opinions on sale contracts. We assist in signing of notarial deeds, and at a customer's request we also sign contractson behalf of the customer.
