DEPORTATIONS, GUARDED CENTRES AND CUSTODY FOR FOREIGNERS
We represent foreigners in the following cases before the Border Guard:
- issuing a decision that a foreigner must go back,
- extending a deadline for voluntary return,
- lifting a ban on re-entry into the Republic of Poland and other states of the Schengen Area,
- withdrawing from execution of a decision that a foreigner must go back,
- determining the costs connected with issuing and executing of a decision that a foreigner must go back,
- deducting the costs from financial means of a foreigner held in deposit of a guarded centre or custody for foreigners.
We represent foreigners in the following cases connected with detention, guarded centres and custody for foreigners:
- detention of a foreigner,
- proceedings before a district court to place a foreigner in a guarded centre,
- proceedings before a district court to arrest a foreigner,
- proceedings before a district court to extend a period of a foreigner's stay in a guarded centre,
- proceedings before a district court to extend a period of a foreigner's stay in custody for foreigners,
- proceedings in the Border Guard to release a foreigner from a guarded centre,
- proceedings in the Border Guard to release a foreigner from custody for foreigners,
- proceedings for damages and compensation in the case of unjust detention of a foreigner, or unjust placement of a foreigner in a guarded centre or in custody for foreigners,
- proceedings for administering medical treatment to a foreigner without their consent.
