LIST OF FOREIGNERS WITH A BAN ON ENTRY TO POLAND

We represent foreigners in cases connected with a list of foreigners whose stay in the Republic of Poland is unwanted:

• providing access to information about placement of a foreigner's data in the register or in the Schengen Information System for the purposes of entry refusal, about the duration of entry's validity and the legal and factual base for entry,
• correction of data if they are incomplete, out of date or incorrect,
• deletion of data if they have been placed or stored with infringement of law,
• access to documents concerning placement of data of a foreigner in the register.
